Children's....

Music Makers (Ages 4 - K):  Music Makers led by Mary Varnell and Leslie DeVooght meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.  This choir is a learning choir, but small presentations are given several times a year.  The choir begins September 9 and ends the last Wednesday of April.  For more information contact the music ministry office.

Young Musicians (Grades 1-5):  This group meets on Wednesday at 5:30 in the adult choir room.  Led by Holly Lamb and Cathy Hegeman the group offers time for fellowship with friends, games, and music.  The choir begins September 9 and ends the last Wednesday of April.  For more information contact the music ministry office.

Ensembles
Contemporary Worship Team:  The worship team is a group of instrumentalists and vocalists who have a heart for worship.  They provide contemporary music for the 9:45 Worship Service.  The group is led by Kyle Jones.  If you are interested in joining the group contact Kyle for audition information.

Handbells (High School and Adult):  The handbell choir adds another dimension to our worship.  The group rehearses on Tuesday from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM from September through April.  No audition is required but the ability to read and play up to level 3 handbell music is required.  Contact Kevin Lamb for more information.

Mixed Vocal Ensemble:  The ensemble is comprised of 6 - 10 male and female voices from the Chancel Choir.  This ensemble provides music for the traditional worship services.  The group is by invitation but new talent is always being sought.  Contact Kevin Lamb for information and audition.

Church Orchestra:  The church orchestra will begin in January of 2010.  We are in the process of seeking players in the church congregation.  No audition required, so if you are an active player or you haven't played in years dust off that case and let us make music together.


Chancel Choir

Chancel Choir:  The Chancel Choir provides music for the traditional services at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.  Some members sing for both or only one of the services.  The group sings many different styles and genres of music.  No audition is required.  The only requirements are a heart for worship, passion for music, and faithful attendance at rehearsal and worship!  The choir meets on Wednesday at 7:20 PM - 8:30 PM.
