Organ Campaign On Sunday, October 16, the Congregation of SSUMC was presented with a plan for the renovation of the Wicks Pipe Organ located in our Sanctuary. This renovation plan, along with the fundraising plan which accompanies it, has been approved unanimously by the Church’s Trustees, Finance Committee, and Church Council at their recent meetings. If you were not present at one of our October 16 worship services, please look at the brochure online and consider prayerfully what you are able to give to help with this project. The brochure provides many facts about our current instrument as well as answers to questions such as, What needs to be done? Why do this now? How will we fix it? How much will it cost? And… How can I participate in the “Adopt-A-Pipe” fundraising campaign?
